Ok. Ok. Ok. Kudos to E.L. Lewis for writing a captivating, thrilling and delicious mafia romance that I couldn’t put down!

You have a dark, delicious alpha male main character and a sassy and smart (crazy smart) female main character that I LOVED. Together they were FIRE. When I say the FMC was sassy…she is sooooo sassy! I was laughing out loud and grinning ear to ear so many times. No joke. I was cackling. She stood her ground and I was here for it!!!

The story was so interesting. You get to see the inner workings of the mafia through the eyes of the FMC and since I connected with her I could FEEL what she was feeling. Books that get my heart racing, like this book, are gold.
