This was HIGH tension, super steamy and captivating mafia romance that I devoured in hours! I couldn’t stop reading it.
You have the female main character (fmc), Trilby, whose family is connected slightly to the mafia due to her father owning a shipping port. Then you have the male main character, Cristiano, who is the brother of the new, ruthless mafia leader.

Cristiano and Trilby run into each other in a dive bar where Trilby is trying to drown out her emotions and trauma. Instant and delicious attraction. They have some spicy banter before going their separate ways. Then fast forward…Trilby is put into an arranged marriage to the new mafia don…and guess who is his brother!? Cristiano.

The attraction and chemistry doesn’t stop but the stakes and tension are high because the new don has no problem getting blood on his hands. There are twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat!

If it means not watching me when I shower, and not holding me through my nightmares… not so much.

It takes me just six weeks to realize I’m falling for the wrong brother, and with my wedding day around the corner, my heart isn’t all I want to give him.
