Werewolf romance, Adult romance, Grumpy alpha, Strong FMC, Fated mates

This book was filled with so much delicious tension, action and twists and turns! I am amazed on how much is packed into this book. Given, it is a very thick book which I loved.

You get the protective, grumpy alpha male who is delicious and then a strong, and I mean warrior strong, badass main female character. Together there is so much steamy banter in this slow burn. (Slow burns are my fav because it creates delicious tension!) And when the slow burn pays out…be ready for the SPICE. YUM.

There were many things I loved about this book. The main characters were great but the action-packed plot and amazing secondary characters added so much to this story! Diamond, Daya, goes back to her father’s pack lands to make herself the rightful alpha of the pack. Darius is current alpha. She essentially hides under the guise of being a warrior trainer, which she is, so she can challenge Darius. Of course, nothing goes as planned as the plot thickens and the action kicks in!
