This was a great hockey romance! Leo is a hot, billionaire hockey player and Addie is a single mom and a romance writer. Done! Do I need to say more!?
When Addie’s car breaks down (and she can’t afford to fix), Leo comes to her rescue and he falls sooooooo hard. His obsession and need to take care of her made me swoon through out this whole book. Swooning and grinning CONSTANTLY.
Addie has a rough backstory and has trauma that she and Leo have to work through. Leo works hard and I was here for it!! Addie’s family has a lot of money and to get her inheritance she must be married or be 30 years old which does help her current struggling situation. Being a single mom of two young girls isn’t easy or a romance writer in the middle of writing a book, so when the opportunity to get married to the knight in shining armor hockey player arises…it takes some convincing but is what she needs!
