Hockey romance, adult romance, second chance romance, single mom, she’s insecure about her body
This was a sweet and spicy romance that made me feel!
The combination of second chance with a hot, hockey player and a single mom, who is relatable, along with delicious slow burn tension and spicy spice…was perfection!
I loved how relatable the FMC is. After having a blah relationship that gives her a wonderful daughter, life isn’t easy with a two year old and she struggles. Real life here! She also is in secure in her new mom body. Again, real life! As a fairly new mom myself, I connected instantly with her.
The MMC is a big time hockey player and oh so swoon worthy. He’s obsessed with the FMC and how he interacts with her daughter…SWOOOOOOOON!
