This is a complicated, interesting and emotional story. You have a woman in an organized crime/shady family and a police officer who meet at the right time and place and make deliciouly wrong choices that alter their destinys.

Georgia is destined to marry for political reason, not be choice. Lincoln is struggling to find his way. When they meet in a bar, Georgia decides to take her life into her own hands and make her own choice. One night later…things have changed drastically.

This book is so realistic and raw. You get the POVs of both characters and backstories as Celeste jumps back in time to SHOW the reader what happened between them. I absolutely loved see how everything played out. It add extra emotions to every page.

If you like raw, emotional and spicy mafia/police romances, this is for you!
