My 5 Star Book Review:
Lani Lynn Vale excels at writing realistic and relatable stories that make you FEEL and keep you on the edge of your seat. This book is just that. I seriously couldn’t get enough. It’s one of those books that I kept checking my reading progress (percentage) and would get sad when I kept devouring it because I didn’t want it to end!
Give me a sassy female main character (FMC) who is struggling to make ends meet and is taking care of her family/siblings. Make her a waitress who keeps it real. I EAT THIS UP. Searcy was everything I wanted in a FMC. I felt so much for her, she had me grinning, laughing (girl is sassy) and hurting for her.
Posy/Doc is an intriguing and interesting Motorcycle Club member and a delicious cowboy. He owns a ranch and looks delicious without his shirt on and a BACKWARDS BASEBALL HAT. YUM. He is quiet, strong and a protector. I fell so hard for him.
Also, the spice is SPICY! Here for it.
What an amazing story. Another 5 star read from Lani!
