This story has ALL the things I love. A medical and forbidden (brother’s best friend) romance with mystery, suspense, hurt/comfort and SPICE!

This book is especially for readers who love medical drama shows that bring the romance with steamy tension and delicious spice! There were many delicious moments that had me grinning and kicking my feet. I was also on the edge of my seat wanting to know what was going to happen next!

Also, I need to mention how incredibly real and emotional the FMC’s health story and journey is. Kathy writes a very moving and relatable story of being sick and not knowing why/not being able to find a reason or cure. It was so well done.
