Steamy read!

Maya is a single mom trying to find a place to live. She finds out her apartment building is sold to a developer and needs to move quickly. But finding an apartment in a decent school district and within her budget is challenging…if only she had a place to go. 

Nolan is a contractor focused on work. He puts in long days and doesn’t have time for a relationship. He also now lives in a three bedroom apartment and has extra space he doesn’t use…

This was such a fast and refreshing read! I devoured it because it was fun, sarcastic, cute, steamy, and thrilling. I loved the banter between the two main characters. It was so much fun reading their scenes and watching their relationship grow! Like usual, Teagan masters the witty (and sexy) banter between the characters. This kept me wanting more…which is why I FLEW through this read. Also I really enjoyed the realistic and relatable characters. It made it easy for me to connect with them and fall in love with their personal stories.
