Adult Romance.

This book was emotional, thought-provoking and captivating!

Flow (the prequel) sets the tone and introduces the main characters, Grip and Bristol. If you haven’t read it, I recommend that you read it first. It’s FREE on Amazon. My review Here.

This book is SO MUCH MORE than a romance. It brings to light sensitive, difficult and thought-provoking issues of a race/racism. It also shows the difficulties bi-racial couples experience. I thought this book handled these subjects well and in a way that forced me to reflect. It made me think days after reading it and that’s what makes an amazing book in my eyes. A amazing book forces the readers to look outside their lives and into others. It allows readers to grow with the characters. It leaves a mark and impacts the reader emotionally. It did to me.

Yes, there is romance and HOT chemistry. There is also music/lyrics/poetry that help move the story forward and show the feelings of the main characters in a beautiful way. There is a plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat. There are moments that are heartbreaking and heartwarming…this book has everything. You can’t miss it.
