I am SO HAPPY I had the chance to read this book! I have been reading so many Motorcycle Club Romance books lately that were just not cutting it. Those other books had to much “I’m a badass, I can do what I want, when I want. I can hurt and control women…blah blah blah” and the women are all pushovers that take this abuse. NO THANK YOU! NOT THIS BOOK! This book is about the a motorcycle club president who encounters and falls for a sexy, sassy, and strong woman who challenges him. This book is also more than a romance. It has a great story line that kept me captivated from the very beginning to the end. As a reader, you get to see the ins and outs of a motorcycle club. How cool! You also get to know a handful of characters who are relatable, interesting and flawed. This book had everything I wanted!

Heeley, the main woman character, made this book for me. I LOVE a strong and sassy woman who is determined and doesn’t easily give up. She is a hard worker. She is currently studying premed in college, wanting to be more than just a small business/Froyo Store owner. She has dreams and she is going to make them happen.

Torque is the president of the Chicago Defiance Motorcycle Club. He is the strong and fierce leader that you would expect yet he is also respectful and a decent human being who cares. It’s easy to be the bad boy and to break the law/bend the rules but there is more to Torque than that. When a chance encounter brings him into the same room as Heeley, he can’t help but to be interested by the foul mouth beauty. She sparks something within him.

Torque and Heeley together is so entertaining, sexy and FUN! Their chemistry is FIRE!

Club business can be messy and dangerous. Torque must do what is best for his club and family and that might mean breaking Heeley’s heart.
