If you enjoyed the original Lux series (Obsidian….) then I think you will really enjoy this book! It’s very similar but follows different characters.

This book gave me major Twilight vibes but it’s better. (Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed the Twilight book series.) This book follows a teenage, high school girl, Evie aka Evelyn, who gets herself into some trouble. It all starts when a friend convinces her to use a fake ID to enter a popular nightclub where humans and Lux (Aliens) hang out. (If you haven’t read the Lux series, go do it! These aliens are not small, skinny green men looking aliens. They look like humans but BETTER looking. (Holla!) When Evie runs into a handsome boy, Luc, she has no clue the trouble he is about to bring into her life.

Just wait…the chemistry is hot and the story is captivating! I loved every moment with Evie and Luc, in fact, I only wanted to read those parts because they were so cute, awkward, funny and HOT.

Again, if you read the Lux Series and liked it, read this. If you are open to a new alien romance, then I recommend this book.
