When You Stayed by Ashley Munoz (4.5 Star Book Review) Enemies to Lovers, Motorcycle Club Romance

4.5 Stars!

WHAT A GREAT MOTORCYCLE CLUB ROMANCE!

✨️Thank you @dreamscape_media for the ALC through @netgalley ✨️

This one is a slow burn and enemies to lovers and I loved every single second. The build up of the characters and their stories, the motorcycle club details, the undeniable tension…all made the slow burn and overall story soooooo worth it.

Once the spice hit….INCREDIBLE. Was I listening to the audiobook on my commute? Yes. Was my jaw on the floor…mouth open wide in shock…when the spice hit? Also yes. Did I fan myself and turn to find the driver in the car next to me staring? Another yes.

WORTH. IT.

I was so immersed into this world and looked forward to hearing the audiobook any chance I got. These narrators did such amazing jobs! This was my first Ashley book and I can’t wait to read MORE!

BLURB

I was never meant to stay in Rose Ridge.

My father was the president of a notorious motorcycle club, so if something rattled him enough to request that I go, I should have listened.

In my defense, at the time, it seemed more terrifying to give up the only dream I ever had than to leave like everyone else.

I should have known that chasing that dream would lead back to the club, because everything in this town eventually did.

I wasn’t expecting to see a familiar face, glaring as usual, amidst the chaos surrounding the Stone Riders. For years, I had endured scowls, glares, and scoffs from Ford Ryan. However, there was something new and different about his heated stare, and even that oddly protective touch.

Something dangerous and addictive.

I should have left when I had the chance, because my proximity to Ford and the club meant I was close to danger. Even worse would be discovering exactly why Ford chose to stay when, out of all of us, he had every reason not to.
